The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to issue a delivery order on a sole source basis to CCH Incorporated, 2700 Lake Cook Road, Riverwoods, IL 60015-3867 for a one year subscription to several publications for locations in Washington, DC. The period of performance will be from January 1, 2013 through December 31, 2013. Provide quote for titles listed with a quantity for all one (1) each: Federal Estate & Gift Tax Reporter, Federal Excise Tax Reports, Standard Federal Tax Reports, M & A Tax Report, Journal of Taxation of Financial Products, Tax Treaties, Tax Court Decisions, Tax Court Reports, Journal of Pass-through Entities, Taxes The Tax Magazine, Journal of Tax Practice & Procedure, Capital Changes Reporter, Exempt Organizations Reporter, Fringe Benefits Tax Guide, International Tax Journal, International Transfer Pricing Library, IRS Positions, Pension Plan Guide, Standard Federal Tax Reports - Reusable Binders, Code and Regulations, & Congressional Index. Responsible sources who can provide the above requirements (every item listed) may submit written quotations no later than 10 business days from the published date of this announcement. Contractor must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ . Quote should include resume of the proposed on site contract/research manager and at least three (3) corporate references, Federal Tax ID Number and DUNS number. Award will be based on price and other factors. All quotes shall include price(s); FOB point; a POC (name and telephone number); GSA contract number if applicable; business size and payment terms. No solicitations will be issued; therefore, requests for solicitations will be considered non-responsive. If no responses are received, the award will be made to CCH Incorporated.
