The contractor shall provide unlimited access to email marketing business-to-business database to deploy and transmit messages to increase the accession of viable healthcare professionals for the U.S. Army Recruiting Command. The database shall provi de viable leads to healthcare professionals between the ages of 22-55 with qualifying degrees and licenses in specific medical areas of concern. The contractor shall include refined quarterly corrections and/or replacements for the undeliverable messages a nd provide assistance routing the messages. This procurement shall be solicited as unrestricted. The Federal supply code is 7690, Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 7331, and North American Industry Classification System Code is 511140 wi th a size standard of 500 employees. This will be firm-fixed priced contract. The contract period will be from 3 March 08 through 2 March 09, with four one year option periods. The government anticipates issuing the solicitation on or about the 5 Feb 2008. This is an estimated date.
