76 -- Online Access to Scientific Journals

The Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS), the Department of Defense Medical School and Health Sciences University, hereby announces its intent to award a sole source purchase order to Elsevier Inc. in New York, NY to purchase online access to past issues (beginning Volume 1, Issue 1) of the following journals: Immunology & Microbiology; Pharmacology, Toxicology, and Pharmaceutics; and Methods in Enzymology and a one year subscription to Methods in Enzymology. Elsevier, the publisher and copyright holder of the aforementioned journals, is the sole source for electronic access to articles published in those journals. This award is IAW FAR Part 13.106(b) and authorizes USUHS to award contracts when only one source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
