The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - West Point intends to award on a sole source basis a Purchase Order covering a 12 month period from date of award to the New York Times Education Department 620 8TH AVE, New York, NY 10018-1618, to provide online subscriptions. THIS IS NOT A RQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued. For vendors that do not agree with the sole source determination, please provide information supporting capabilities and experience in being able to provide the above requirement. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
