DESCRIPTION QTY Social Science Citation Index 1 Period of Performance: is January 11th, 2014 to January 10th, 2015 for a base year, plus four (4) option years, if exercised. Basis of Award: Award will be made if quote is determined to be fair and reasonable and technical approach satisfies the requirement.
