Under FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source will satisfy agency requirements. The West Palm Beach VAMC located 7305 N. Military Trail, WPB, FL 33410, intends to procure satellite programming for 400 television sets Specific programs are: ESPN Package, The Fundamentals, Adventure Package, Family Favorites; Local Channels for area; BET (Black Entertainment Television); Spanish Channels; XM Radio Satellite. WPB VAMC intends to procure this service by August 13, 2007.
