The Internal Revenue Service intends to award on a sole source basis to Forum Systems, Inc., to acquire a Forum XWALL XML Gateway for the development/test (ECC-MTB) and production environment (ECC-MEM). The design of the PCC-OTC client proposed for RS-PCC release 1 requires access to the ELVIS web service presentation at FMS Cleveland. There are two primary data flows required to process remittances. The first is to transmit check data and images to FMS for deposit. The second is to retrieve disposition response for the check data. Enterprise Architecture and IT Security Engineering have dictated the use of an XML Gateway for this solution. Any responses can be sent electronically to the following addresses:
