The Office of Naval Research (ONR) has a requirement to procure three hundred and fifty (350) BlackBerry Tx2/Active CAL (100-499) (Part Number SRV-00015-035, Manufacture/Vendor - RIM); and one (1) BlackBerry Tx2 Annual Support BES Fee (Part Number SRV-00015-012, Manufacturer/Vendor - RIM). The Government intends to issue an Order in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 entitled “Simplified Acquisition Procedures”. The Order will contain two (2) contract line items (CLINs). The Contractor shall deliver CLIN 0001 (BlackBerry Tx2/Active CAL (100-499)) no later than ten (10) days after the effective date of the order. CLIN 0002 (BlackBerry Tx2 Annual Support BES Fee) shall be from the effective date of order through twelve (12) months thereafter. Any Offeror who deviates from the Government’s requirement should provide an explanation in their quote package. An Order will be awarded to the responsible Offeror whose offer represents the best value to the Government. The Contract Specialist must receive any questions concerning the RFQ no later than three (3) business days before the response date of this solicitation.
