The purpose of Amendment 1, dated July 31, 2014, to the Sources Sought Notice MS-2014-0003 is stated below. Changes are highlighted in blue font in the amended notice. 1) The response date is changed from August 15, 2014 to August 22, 2014. 2) A correction is made in Table 1 for Area 4. Due to formatting issues, the original notice appeared to have five separate subareas. The notice has been corrected to reflect three subareas. 3) The notice is amended to allow cover page and table of contents to be excluded from the page count and to specify submissions should in Microsoft Word, 2003-2007 compatible.
