The Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS) intends to issue a firm-fixed-price Delivery Order (DO) under the authority of FAR 13.501, Sole Source, to Bloomberg BNA located at BNA Software Segment 3 Bethesda Metro Center Bethesda, MD 20814 to provide analytical coverage of key labor legislation, court decisions, regulatory actions, and administrative rulings, as well as advance information on labor relations issues and developments. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit technical capabilities, which, if received within five calendar days of publication of this notice, shall be considered by the Government.
