SPECIAL NOTICE The Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System intends to negotiate a sole source firm fixed price contract with Cox Communications Louisiana LLC, 2121 Airline Drive, Metairie, LA 70001 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The requirements are as follows: Provide TV and high speed internet service for all New Orleans and Baton Rouge outpatient clinics. This is not a request for proposal.
