Notification of the SEC's Intent to Award a Sole Source Purchase Order - Deloitte Technical Library

The US Securities and Exchange Commission, Washington, DC intends to award a sole source contract to Deloitte & Touche LLP, Ten Westport Road, PO Box 820, Wilton, CT 06897-0820, for a one (1) base year period of performance and four (4) option year periods. The contract will result in a firm fixed price purchase order to Deloitte & Touche, LLP for online access to the Deloitte Technical Library. The contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one sole source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 and the Title 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Negotiations being conducted using other than full and open competition procedures pursuant to authority of FAR 6.302-1. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in preparation of statements, proposal, or quotations. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
