J--USCGC MONSOON (WPC-4); Tank Level Indicating (TLI)System; repair

See Numbered Note 27. Accomplish the TLI System repair for the USCGC MONSOON (WPC-4). Contact the Contract Specialist for the inspection dates/location, performance period, and place of performance. All San Diego, CA area sources who currently hold, or are qualified for and willing to enter into an Agreement for Boat Repair (see DFARS 217.71) prior to award, my submit an offer which shall be considered by this agency. Firms which do not possess an Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) are ineligible for award unless adequate time exists to permit the navy to perform an assessment of the ABR application with impacting the vessel's availabitly dates.
