The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office 16 (NCO 16) intends to issue and award a sole source single award Firm-Fixed Price type contract with a performance period of five (5) years to Philips Healthcare, A Division of PENAC, 22100 Bothell Everett Hwy, Bothell, WA 98021, for full-service maintenance coverage on Philips Healthcare diagnostic imaging equipment at the John L. McClellan VA Hospital, Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS), located at 4300 West 7th Street, Little Rock, AR 72205. It has been determined that through Market Research, only one responsible source can provide the services required via the attached Scope of Work (SOW) in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements .
