The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to issue a purchase order to THERMO ELECTRON CORPORATION to purchase two ea of Haake Theometer 1 with TCP/P temperature control unit. This Procurement action is for equipment parts which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 and 13.106-1.
