66 -- Adjustable Reference Mirror (D-569), 60 Second Variable Deviation Wedge (D-636) and Plano Interferometer (D-305L)

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a non-competitive (sole source) basis with Davidson Optronics, Inc for Model D-569 Adjustable Reference Mirror (qty 1), Model D-636 60 Second Variable Deviation Wedge (qty 1), and Model D-350L Plano Laser Interferometer (qty 1). The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not own current data, drawings, or other specifications to permit full and open competition. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
