The Library of Congress intends to negotiate non-competitively with Tele Atlas North America, 11 Lafayette Street, Lebanon, NH 03766. This requirement to continue providing Annual Maintenance on the following products: Dynamap/Block Boundaries, Dynamap/2000 and FGDC Metadata.
