Z--Contractor shall furnish all labor, material and equipment necessary to provide upgrade/alterations for the U.S. Armed Forces Recruiting Office in Fairmont, West Virginia in accordance with the statement of work included in the request for quotati ons bid package. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge, to all registered plan holders. The media through which the Government chooses to issue this solicitation will be the Internet only. This solicitation will not be issued in paper.
