The Space and Naval Warfare Center, Atlantic Charleston, SC code 2212 has a requirement for the installation, stand-up, and training associated with Spirit Communications. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to the Spirit Communications for the requirements under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Spirit Communications is the sole manufacturer and hold proprietary rights. This is not a request for competitive quotes for items other than the brand name Spirit Communications equipment listed in this synopsis. If your company possesses the capabilities to meet the technical requirements/specifications, you are invited to provide the following information for consideration possible for future requirements: (1) The technical specifications of the product you are proposing.
