In addition, this includes pencil and skin ads on Memorial Day -May 27, 2013. The contractor shall deliver services from date of award for a 12 month period (including two (2) - one year options), unless otherwise directed by the Contracting Officer. The VISN Business Office is managing this project. The Outreach Director, in consultation with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), shall be the contractor's principal point of contact regarding the execution of the contract's requirements.
