Description
The Executive Office for Immigration Review intends to award a noncompetitive contract to CIO Executive Council, 492 Old Connecticut Path, Framingham, MA, 01701, for CIO Membership, Proxy Membership, and Pathways Development Membership for a base year and four option years. The CIO Executive Council is the only source for this service as they do not resell through other vendors. CIO services include access to content-rich web/telconferences; member resource portal with CIO contributed research, best practices, peer to peer advisory services; special access to IDG Enterprise events. Participation is by invitation only to select Chief Information Officers (CIOs) or other executive-level IT professionals carring an equivalent title in either a public or private sector organization. Proxies will have access to the Council's portal, CIO hosted teleconferences, as well as regional and national events. The Pathways Leadership Development Program includes three areas of professional developement: Business, Technology, and Leadership. Services include access to member resource portal with IT leader-contributed research and special access to IDG Enterprise events. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotations. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, all quotations received within seven days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
