It has been determined to be in the best interest of the government to amend this solicitation. This solicitation has been amended in the following particulars but in no others. 1. Block 10 of this solicitation has been changed to reflect the Total Small Business set aside. 2. This solicitation is a total small business set aside. 3. The closing date and time HAS NOT been extended. This solicitation shall close on 25 August 2014 at 3:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. 4. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Offerors shall submit a signed copy of this SF 30 with their completed offer package before the closing date and time.
