This is a modification to revise Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) 1009, 1010 and 1012; 2009, 2010, 2012; 3009, 3010, 3012; and 4009, 4010 and 4012. This modification also extends the closing date in the combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
