Solicitation N00421-15-T-0407 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order. The software support and maintenance of Ensight Standard must be performed by Computational Engineering International. CEI is the only known vendor that distributes Ensight software in the United States. Request is set-aside for Total Small Business under the authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. However, the Government will consider all proposals received by 5:00 pm est., on 7 July 2015. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
