59--Sole source with Advanced Air and Vacuum Systems

The VA Network 22 Logistic Office intends to negotiate a sole source procurement (VA262-07-RQ-0265MG) in accordance with Far Part 13 with Advanced Air Vacuum under authority of Far 6.302-1. This procurement is for the purchase of two (2) Lincoln pump motors, for the VA current vacuum system. The system is proprietary equipment that runs concurrently with the VA vacuum system. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements by submitting their request in writing with complete name, address, telephone and fax numbers, and a point of contact. The Government will consider all quotes received by 12:00 PM, September 21, 2007. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
