The solicitation/request for proposal will be forth coming and will be available via the DSCC Website address (URL) is http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp. The response date referenced above is ESTIMATED. Solicitation Issue date is on or about 02/18/05 with a response date on or around 03/21/05. Note: copies of this solicitation will only be available via the World Wide Web. Approved sources: Kollsman (89944) P/n 13251610, Autodyne (05584) P/n 13251610, An Indefinite Quantity Contract for 12 months with four (4)365 day option periods is anticipated. Total 5 year estimated quantity is 460 each. Various incremental quantities will be solicited from 1-125. Deliveries will be to various DLA customers and/or stocking locations. While price is a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
