Training Programs. This acquisition is necessary to ensure continued currency and accuracy of various training program?s curriculum and electronic classroom systems via a streamlined acquisition process. The PACRM supports various Navy and non-Navy customers. The predecessor approach in satisfying the requirement was the PACRM Multiple Award Contract (MAC) Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Small Business Set-aside Contract. The PACRM MAC II approach allows streamlined, quick response procurements to meet the long-term needs of Naval and Marine Corps training commands and other Government training support activities.
