This Pre-solicitation notice is not a request for formal proposals or quotes. Solicitation, 36C24626Q0069, will be issued on or about October 16, 2025. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Salem VA Medical, Salem, VA has a requirement for Cleanroom Laboratory Testing Services. The contractor shall perform analysis and incubation of media fill and plates at an accredited clinical lab that is ISO/IEC 17025 certified using USP . Period of performance will be for a base and 4 option years starting 12/1/2025 11/30/2030.
