COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the test program for commercial items found at FAR 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation on FedBizOpps; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. No facsimile quotes will be accepted. All proposals must be clearly marked with RFP No. H92240-13-R-0436. Contractors are responsible for verifying receipt of their proposals to this office before offer due date and time.
