The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) requires pre-game ad displays during pre-game. The DEA intends to award a firm-fixed price sole source Purchase Order to the Houston Astros, LLC, 501 Crawford, Houston, TX 77002-2113 for the purposes of the Houston Astros-Fentanyl Free America Outreach Program. This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis in accordance with 13.501 are exempt from the requirement to promote full and open competition. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 711211. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
