The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, Contracting Department, Regional Directorate intends to solicit for a future award to be issued sole source to Kardex Remstar, LLC on an other than full and open competitive basis using FAR Part 13 procedures for the procurement of a Kardex Remstar, LLC software application to support the Kardex Remstar, LLC vertical storage unit at NAVSUP WSS – Mechanicsburg, PA. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Kardex Remstar, LLC on a sole source basis since they are the only known source at this time with the ability to provide a Kardex Remstar, LLC software application that meets the Government’s minimum requirements for a period of performance from 01 April 2026 to 31 March 2027. A firm fixed price (FFP) contract is anticipated. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. Information received as a result of this notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement action based on the responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government.
