The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis Diamond Antenna & Microwave Corp. for items as listed under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 12, and FAR Part 13. Offerors must be registered in SAM.GOV database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.SAM.gov. This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror's initial offer should represent the vendor's best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. This notice is intent to sole source with Diamond Antenna & Microwave Corp. Vendors must be Diamond Antenna & Microwave Corp. authorized distributor who is the OEM and provide documentation to be considered. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by 4:00PM Eastern Standard Time on 03/26/2026 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
