Groundwater Monitoring and Well Abandonment Services for Fort McCoy, Wisconsin

The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to answer contractor questions and add Attachment 06 - Monitoring Well Construction Summary. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Non-Personal Service to provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision and other items for services necessary for Groundwater Monitoring and Well Abandonment Services at Fort McCoy, WI, in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and terms and conditions of the solicitation and resultant contract. The period of performance is 1 August 2025 (or subsequent date) to 31 July 2026 with four (4) twelve (12) month option periods and a six-month (6) option to extend services.
