This is Amendment 0001 to the combined synopsis/solicitation (Ref # H92222-04-Electrical-Connectors) issued on 25-JUN-2004. The purpose of this amendment is to republish the solicitation in its entirety to correct deficiencies in the original solicitation, however it should be noted that the requirement remains unchanged. The HQ US Special Operations Command has a requirement for 500 electrical connector plugs, NSN 5935-00-567-0128. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 24 effective June 18, 2004. This is a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS Code is 334417 and the size standard is 500 employees. Contract Line Item Number 0001: Electrical Connector Plugs, NSN 5935-00-567-0128, Quantity 500 Each, FOB Destination. Delivery will be made to Hollis, NH 03049. 50 Each MUST be delivered no later than 28-JUL-2004 and the remaining quantities shall be delivered at a rate of no less than 60 per month thereafter. Inspection & Acceptance will be at Destination by a Government Representative. Provision 52.212-1 applies to this solicitation and there is no addendum. Clauses 52.212-4 (no addendum), 52.212-5 (DEV), and 252.212-7001 shall apply to the purchase order.
