X--New Replacing Grand Junction Vet Center Lease

VETERANS AFFAIRS WANTS TO LEASE SPACE The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease sufficient rentable square footage to yield 2,500 useable square feet in Grand Junction for use as an out-patient clinic. The space must be on no more than 1 floor of contiguous space and can be provided by completed new construction or modification of existing space. The space should not exist within a Flood Plane as identified on a DHS Flood Insurance Rate Map. On-site surface parking for 9 vehicles is required. A lease for up to 10 years will be considered. Space within or fronting the city limits of Grand Junction will be considered. A market survey of properties offered for lease will be conducted by VA.
