Restack Construction Project Management

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to award a sole source firm fixed-price contract to Matrix Settles. This sole source contract is for project management and oversight of the construction portion of the SEC headquarters restacking project. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1. As the SEC’s Architect and Engineering sub-contractor under the SEC restacking effort prime contract, Matrix Settles is the only firm capable of meeting the SEC’s aggressive schedule for project completion. Interested organizations may submit their capability statements and qualifications for the provision of this requirement, which may or may not be considered by the SEC. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct future competitive procurements. This is a Notice of Intent, not a solicitation. No solicitation will be issued for this sole source requirement and no other information will be provided.
