Sources Sought Notice Description The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 21 is conducting market research to determine potential sources having the skills, capabilities, experience, facilities, and certifications necessary to perform Various Laboratory Specimen Testing (HNPP Evaluations). This Sources Sought Announcement is issued to determine if there is any Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) or Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), Women Owned Small Businesses (WOSB), or any other Small Businesses that can provide laboratory services to include pre-analytic processing as defined in its laboratory user's manual; analysis, reporting of analytic results, and consultation regarding selection, collection, transportation and result interpretation, for the following services: Test Name Estimated Annual Quantity Complete HNPP Evaluation for peripheral neuropathy 3 DM1 DNA Test for neuromuscular disorders 1 Kennedy's Disease (SBMA) DNA Test for motor neuron disease 2 Dysferlin Blood Test for neuromuscular disorders 1 Complete CMT Evaluation for peripheral neuropathy 0 to 1 The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, materials, supplies, supervision, licenses, permits, accreditation, certifications, facilities, transportation and resources necessary to provide laboratory specimen testing services for the VA Northern California Health Care System. The Period of Performance will be a Base Year and Four (1) One Year Options. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. The NAICS is 621511 and the small business size standard is $30.0 Million.
