Request for Information (RFI) Product Service Code: 6505 Drugs and Biologicals NAICS Code: 541713 - Research and Development in Nanotechnology HHS BARDA Title: Novel Business models to enable sustainable access to medical countermeasures To: Prospective Partners & Interested Parties The Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA), Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR) at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to collect feedback from current and potential biopharmaceutical and medical device industry partners. This RFI is not a solicitation; nor does it commit HHS to issue a solicitation, make any award, or pay any costs associated with responding to this RFI. However, information collected from this RFI will serve as continued market research for the identification and development of new business models that will address current budgetary constraints and promote long-term sustainability of supported products. Further, this market research may inform the development of future Requests for Proposals (RFPs) such that the terms of any agreement will be mutually beneficial to both the U.S. Government (USG) and its industry partners.
