The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is planning to award a Sole-Source, Buy-Indian Set-Aside purchase order with Okiciya Communications, Inc., for the animated "IKTOMI" CDROM based on Diabetic Patient Nurtrition for the Aberdeen Area IHS Diabetes Program, utilizing the "IKTOMI" character. Okiciya Communications, Inc. owns the copy rights to the IKTOMI" animated character. Okiciya Communications, Inc. is Buy-Indian certified business. This announcement is Set-Aside Sole-Source, FAR 6.302-1, 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(a). No solicitation is available for this acquisition.
