The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is planning to award a Sole-Source, Buy-Indian Set-Aside purchase order with Okiciya Communications, Inc. for the animated patient Mental Health CD ROM for the Aberdeen Area IHS Diabetes Program, utilizing the “Iktomi” styled animated character. Okiciya Communications, Inc. owns the copy rights to the “Iktomi” animated character. Okiciya Communications, Inc. is a Buy-Indian certified business.
