R--Intent to Sole Source Contract with the Green Bay Packers, Inc. for advertising and marketing with a professional football team in the Green Bay Metropolitan area

The Wisconsin National Guard intends to sole source a contract with the Green Bay Packers, Inc. for advertising and marketing to gain enlistments, increase recognition in local High Schools and increase lead generation by advertising with professional sports. This requirement has a period of performance (POP) of one year. Green Bay Packers, Inc. is the only professional football team in the Green Bay metropolitan area.
