R--New Orleans Saints Partnership with Louisiana National Guard

USPFO of Louisiana intends to award sole source procurement to the New Orleans Saints. The award will be made for the partnership between the Louisiana National Guard and the New Orleans Saints. This procurement is being made pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) 1 and FAR Part 6.302-1, for other than full and open competition; only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 711211. All qualified sources must respond not later than 27 Nov, 0900 hours CST. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
