99--The USPFO of New Jersey Army National Guard intends to award a sole source contract to New York Jets.

The New Jersey National Guard Recruiting and Retention has a requirement to advertise and promote during the 2012 - 2013 football season at the New York Jets Stadium and their webside, as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-(b), soliciting from a single source to satisfy agency requirements. This is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation is available. Included with this intent is the Scope of Work for these services.
