The General Services Administration intends to issue a sole source contract to Morris Systems Inc. under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 (a)(2)(ii) and (4) and utilizing the Simplified Acquisition procedures under authority and limits of FAR Parts 12 and 13.5. The solicitation document and incorporatedprovisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 02-08. The objective of this contract will be to the provision of the following: 25 - TS-01 Req Panel w/ touch screen, PSC Laser Scanner W/ wedge, 12 - System Req ? Monthly license and support, 1 ? Shipping/handling, 2 ? Installation and Training, 1 ? Travel expense/training staff, 12 ? System M32 Monthly License and support, 12 - System PCS ? Monthly license and support the Navajo Area Indian Health Service (NAIHS) has standardized and automated their supply inventory system with M-System a Morris Systems Inc. product designed for the specific application of automated inventory control. This effort has been in place for a number of years now. A justification for Other than Full and Open is on file. .
