U -- Training Support for Improvement of State CMV Crash Data Collection and Analysis for FMCSA

FMCSA intends to award a sole-source Time and Material contract to the National Institute for Safety Research (NISR) for training support for the improvement of State CMV Crash Data Collection and Analysis for the FMCSA. This contract is for a base year with four, one-year options. FAR clause 52.217-8 will also be included. NISR has an intimate understanding of the National Governor's Association's (NGA) coding conventions, definitions, and guidelines, in addition to other restrictive qualities which make this a sole-source requirement.
