91--Deliver Propane, #2 Fuel Oil, Unleaded Fuel and Diesel Fuel to the Potomac NWR

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has a requirement to supply and deliver Unleaded fuel, Diesel fuel, Propane fuel and #2 Fuel Oil to the Potomac River National Wildlife Refuge Complex in Woodbridge Virginia. The Government intends to award a Base plus Four Option Year contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation presents the best value to the Government, price and other delivery factors considered. This procurement is under Part 12 of the FAR - Acquisition of Commercial Items. This is a 100% Set-Aside for Small Businesses. The NAICS code for this procurement is 454310. The size standard is 50. All offerors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), if you are not registered in (SAM), an award CANNOT be made to your company. Along with the documentation required in the solicitation, the offerors shall submit documentation with there proposal package of three past performance projects completed in the past three years that demonstrates their qualifications, such as experience of the company in making deliveries of similar volumes, meeting equivalent delivery schedules for like materials on contracts of a similar type, size, scope & complexity.
