JSTOR Archival Journal Collections

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for 6 JSTOR archival journal collections as specified in accordance FAR Subpart 12.6. The combined Synopsis/Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is HSCG39-14-Q-PDD213 utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR Part 13. The requirement consists of the Annual Access Fee (AAF) one-time payment option and the Archive Capital Fee for the specified archive journal collections. These fees are based on the USCG Academy's status as a very small U.S. four year college with seven current JSTOR collections: Arts & Sciences I, II, VI, VII, IX, Business I, and Life Sciences. The USCG Academy in New London, CT would like to add the 6 JSTOR collections listed below, with a start date of 1/1/14. Arts & Sciences IV Arts & Sciences V Arts & Sciences VIII Arts & Sciences X Arts & Sciences XII Business IV The Academy requires that the AAF be calculated for the one-time payment option for each collection.
