Contract SPM1C1-07-D-0024 has been issued against Solicitation SP0100-05-R-0070 on 12/6/2006 covering the Sneakers, Running Shoes, Men?s and Women?s for a minimum quantity of 15,000 and a maximum quantity of 100,000, and a total maximum dollar value of $3,810,000.00 for the base year. Also included are 4 one-year options available to the Government. This contract was issued as an exception to Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) 225.7002-1 under the authority set-forth in the DFARS Subpart 225.7002-2(b)(1).
