Lease of Hawaii Convention Center for APEC Leaders Meeting

The Department of State contemplates the award of a sole-source contract to the Hawaii Convention Center at 1801 Kalakaua Ave, Honolulu, Hawaii 96815 for the lease of the convention center for the APEC 2011 Leaders meeting which will be held in November 2011. The authority for this action is FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Attached is a copy of the justification and approval for other than full and open competition for this procurement. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
